CharPoles warranties are non-transferrable and are reserved for the original purchase only. All returns must be supported by a copy of the original receipt/proof of Purchase or CharPoles order number.
One-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
- Structural failure of any: Handle, Strap, Locks, Tip or Baskets.
-All plastic, metal and textile components such as the Monopod, Tip, Pins, Bottle Opener, covered for any manufacturing defect.
- Strap/Strap assembly breaking due to manufacturing defect.
-Pole Slipping or adjustable lock malfunction
What is not Covered?
The Carbon Fiber and Aluminum tubes used in CharPoles products were designed and engineered to take a beating and guarantee they will. We build and engineer ski poles with the best materials possible for maximum durability. There is a million different ways to break a carbon fiber and aluminum ski pole, trust us, we have tried.
If for any reason your CharPoles end up breaking due to wear and tear, edge impact, repeated pole whacking or landing on them on the park we will replace them (pair) for $45+shipping with proof of purchase.
Items will be repaired or replaced by Charpoles or any certified Charpoles vendor upon inspection if they are found to be defective in materials or workmanship. CharPoles warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase.
If CharPoles are purchased at one of our retail vendors and find you have an issue with our products we encourage you to return to the place of purchase for repair or replacement. If our vendor is unable to meet your needs, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
How to request a return
A request to return product must be made by phone (801) 641-2131 or email email@example.com. If you believe it is a product defect, please include pictures in the email. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Please include your order number or name of person who ordered the product and a phone number to reach you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification that we have received your returned item with a response for a refund.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item, unless it is a manufacture defect. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
